Join us for this PerformWell webinar co-sponsored by the Foundation Center. Do you have the right program performance data? How do you leverage it to your organization’s advantage? Join Isaac Castillo and Bridget Laird to hear about successful ways to make data about outputs and outcomes compelling to funders.
In the past few years, Wings for Kids, a small organization in Charleston, South Carolina, has emerged on the national nonprofit scene, growing successfully despite the recession. The organization’s programming grew 300% in the last three years, was recognized as a “School that Works” by Edutopia, and is in the midst of a four-year randomized control trial.
CEO Bridget Laird shares how Wings for Kids’ strategy – combining diligent performance management in pursuit of positive outcomes for children with innovative marketing – has driven its success. Isaac Castillo will speak to how other organizations can learn from Wings’ approach. Janet Camarena will make closing remarks.
This webinar is appropriate for senior leadership, managers and anyone working on fundraising and quality assurance.
Co-sponsored by the Foundation Center and PerformWell, a partnership between Urban Institute, ChildTrends & Social Solutions.
