Melinda Forstey
Melinda Forstey is the Director of Business Analysis for Senior Community Centers of San Diego. In this role, she is a member of the Senior Management Team and manages all business models and program evaluation to drive business performance throughout the organization. She analyzes outcomes of various programs for operational and program planning and works with each department to improve business processes and increase efficiency. Melinda also oversees all of the IT, data and technological projects within the organization.

Michelle Missler, LSW
Ms. Missler oversees the National Church Residences Quality Assurance and Grant writing program, providing supervision and leadership to five Quality Assurance Specialists, a Grant Administrator and a Support Service Specialist. Michelle and her team provide support, clinical oversight and training to Service Coordinators and their management companies in order to sustain high quality, outcome focused Service Coordination programs across the country.
